It makes it easier to fall asleep. It calms and soothes - a subtle but noticeable effect. The sleep itself, in contrast to other "sleeping" products, is natural and regenerative, and in the morning there are no problems with waking up. It is a pity that I waited so long to give CBD oils a chance, because they work really well. A pleasant surprise...
