It makes it easier to fall asleep. It calms and soothes - a subtle but noticeable effect. The sleep itself, in contrast to other "sleeping" products, is natural and regenerative, and in the morning there are no problems with waking up. It is a pity that I waited so long to give CBD oils a chance, because they work really well. A pleasant surprise.

I've tried all sorts of oils. The more expensive ones and the cheaper ones and they were all awful, but this one finally suits me. The chocolate goes great with the cannabis aroma. It's unlikely to do any harm...after six months of sipping the oils I see no contraindications, but I've also never taken more than a few drops.
