Denn es hat sich gezeigt, dass es ein wichtiges Element bei der Behandlung dieser Krankheit sein kann.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: initial;\"><span style=\"color: #275c53; font-family: Jost, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 36px;\"><b>Symptome und Diagnose der Schizophrenie<\/b><\/span><\/span><br><\/span><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: var(--font-main),sans-serif; letter-spacing: var(--font-main-letterspacing); background-color: initial; color: var(--black);\"><b>Schizophrenie ist eine Krankheit, die als Psychose eingestuft wird.<\/b> Es handelt sich um Zust\u00e4nde, die durch unzureichende Wahrnehmungen, Empfindungen, Erfahrungen und Beurteilungen der Realit\u00e4t gekennzeichnet sind. <b>Menschen mit Schizophrenie haben eine stark eingeschr\u00e4nkte F\u00e4higkeit, sich selbst, ihre Umgebung und ihre Beziehungen zu anderen Menschen kritisch und realistisch zu beurteilen.<\/b> Sie k\u00f6nnen auch nicht in der Lage sein, eine Bewertung vorzunehmen.&nbsp;<\/span><br><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Die f\u00fcr die Schizophrenie charakteristischen St\u00f6rungen sind in erster Linie:<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Halluzinationen<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Wahnvorstellungen<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Denkst\u00f6rungen<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Ged\u00e4chtnisl\u00fccken<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">soziale \u00c4ngste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Spracharmut<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Apathie<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Aufregung<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Psychose<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Es ist nicht so, dass alle diese Symptome auf jede Person zutreffen. Sie sind von Patient zu Patient unterschiedlich. Am h\u00e4ufigsten jedoch sind sie alle von einem Gef\u00fchl der Entfremdung und dem Leben in einer alternativen Realit\u00e4t betroffen. Mit dem Vorbehalt, dass sich die Intensit\u00e4t der Symptome st\u00e4ndig \u00e4ndert und das Leben der Betroffenen einer Sinuskurve gleicht. Dies liegt daran, dass sich das Verhalten und die Art der Wahnvorstellungen oft von Tag zu Tag \u00e4ndern.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Die Grundlage f\u00fcr die Diagnose der Schizophrenie ist die Anamnese, anhand derer der Arzt beurteilen kann, ob der Patient krank ist. Es ist wichtig, dass die Beschwerden einer bestimmten Person die zeitlichen Kriterien erf\u00fcllen, d. h. sie m\u00fcssen mindestens einen Monat lang gedauert haben. <b>Es ist auch wichtig, andere Krankheiten auszuschlie\u00dfen, deren Symptome mit denen der Schizophrenie \u00fcbereinstimmen k\u00f6nnen, bevor eine richtige Diagnose gestellt wird.<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<p><b style=\"letter-spacing: var(--font-main-letterspacing); background-color: initial; color: rgb(39, 92, 83); font-family: Jost, serif; font-size: 36px;\"><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"letter-spacing: var(--font-main-letterspacing); background-color: initial; color: rgb(39, 92, 83); font-family: Jost, serif; font-size: 36px;\"><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"letter-spacing: var(--font-main-letterspacing); background-color: initial; color: rgb(39, 92, 83); font-family: Jost, serif; font-size: 36px;\"><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"letter-spacing: var(--font-main-letterspacing); background-color: initial; color: rgb(39, 92, 83); font-family: Jost, serif; font-size: 36px;\"><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"letter-spacing: var(--font-main-letterspacing); background-color: initial; color: rgb(39, 92, 83); font-family: Jost, serif; font-size: 36px;\"><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-size: 36px;\"><font color=\"#275c53\" face=\"Jost, serif\"><b>CBD-\u00d6l - Hoffnung f\u00fcr Schizophreniepatienten<\/b><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Schizophrenie ist leider eine chronische Krankheit, deren Verlauf sowohl Phasen der Verschlimmerung als auch der Remission, d. h. der Linderung der Symptome, umfasst.<\/b> Ihre H\u00e4ufigkeit ist ein individuelles Merkmal des Patienten, h\u00e4ngt aber auch von der Art der angewandten Therapie und der Compliance des Patienten ab. Der Patient muss auch antipsychotische Medikamente einnehmen, die in zwei Generationen unterteilt werden k\u00f6nnen. Sie unterscheiden sich durch ihre F\u00e4higkeit, bestimmte Symptome zu lindern, aber auch durch das Auftreten von Nebenwirkungen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In vielen Aspekten der Krankheit muss der Patient jedoch allein zurechtkommen, z. B. bei sozialen \u00c4ngsten und beeintr\u00e4chtigten emotionalen Reaktionen. Und hier entstehen die wirklich gro\u00dfen Probleme, denn die Unf\u00e4higkeit, normal zu funktionieren, verschlimmert sich und f\u00fchrt zus\u00e4tzlich zu Depressionen. Dies wiederum f\u00fchrt zu Selbstmordgedanken und in der Folge zu Selbstmordversuchen. F\u00fcr 1%, die an Schizophrenie leiden, enden diese Versuche mit dem Tod.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dies ist der Grund f\u00fcr das wachsende Interesse an Cannabidiol (CBD) und die steigende Zahl der damit durchgef\u00fchrten Studien. Diese wurden und werden an Tieren, aber auch an Menschen durchgef\u00fchrt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In den Schlussfolgerungen einer von \u00f6sterreichischen Forschern 2017 durchgef\u00fchrten Studie wird deutlich, dass M\u00e4use, die mit Cannabidiol getestet wurden, ihre Konzentrationsf\u00e4higkeit wiedererlangten. Aber das ist noch nicht alles.<b> Ihr Arbeitsged\u00e4chtnis hat sich ebenfalls verbessert und sie haben ihr Sozialverhalten soweit normalisiert, dass es akzeptabel ist.&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Dies ist eine hervorragende Nachricht, zumal die bisher verwendeten Medikamente nicht in der Lage waren, diese verlorenen Lebensfunktionen bei den Patienten wiederherzustellen. Wichtig f\u00fcr die Schlussfolgerungen der Studie ist auch die Tatsache, dass reines Cannabidiol verwendet wurde, ohne den Zusatz anderer Cannabinoide, insbesondere RHC, das die \u00f6sterreichischen Forscher als geradezu unerw\u00fcnscht empfanden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><br><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"background-color: initial;\"><font color=\"#275c53\" face=\"Jost, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 36px;\"><b>Cannabidiol (CBD) als erg\u00e4nzende Therapie bei Schizophrenie<\/b><\/span><\/font><br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: var(--font-main),sans-serif; letter-spacing: var(--font-main-letterspacing); background-color: initial; color: var(--black);\"><br><\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Cannabidiol wurde erst vor relativ kurzer Zeit entdeckt, und die Kenntnisse \u00fcber seine positiven Auswirkungen auf gleiche Bedingungen sind noch sehr bescheiden. Es ist daher erstaunlich, dass im Falle der Schizophrenie die Forschungsergebnisse \u00fcber den Einsatz von CBD-\u00d6len in der Therapie bereits wirklich beeindruckend sind. Und das gilt auch f\u00fcr die Forschung am Menschen.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Im Jahr 2017 ver\u00f6ffentlichte das American Journal of Psychiatry den Inhalt einer Studie \u00fcber CBD als Zusatztherapie zur Behandlung von Schizophrenie.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Diese Studie wurde im Doppelblindverfahren in Parallelgruppen durchgef\u00fchrt. Die H\u00e4lfte der Patienten wurde nach dem Zufallsprinzip der Gruppe zugeteilt, die das&nbsp;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/hempmont.pl\/de\/produkt\/cbd-ol-10-1200mg-hempmont\/\" target=\"_blank\">CBD-\u00d6l<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&nbsp;(1000 mg\/Tag; N=43), die andere H\u00e4lfte der Gruppe, die Placebo (N=45) zusammen mit antipsychotischen Medikamenten erhielt. Die Teilnehmer wurden sowohl vor als auch nach der Behandlung mit Hilfe der Positiv- und Negativ-Syndrom-Skala (PANSS), der Kurzbewertung der Kognition bei Schizophrenie (BACS), der Skala zur globalen Bewertung der Funktionsf\u00e4higkeit (GAF) und der Skala zur Verbesserung des klinischen Gesamteindrucks und des Schweregrads (CGI-I und CGI-S) sehr umfassend bewertet.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Nach der sechsw\u00f6chigen Studie wiesen Patienten, die CBD einnahmen, weniger positive psychotische Symptome auf und berichteten eher \u00fcber eine Genesung als Patienten, die ein Placebo erhielten. <b>Auch bei den kognitiven Leistungen zeigte die CBD-Gruppe eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Verbesserung.<\/b> Sie wiesen darauf hin, dass CBD gut vertragen wurde und die Raten unerw\u00fcnschter Ereignisse in beiden Gruppen \u00e4hnlich waren.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Die Schlussfolgerung der Studie ist daher, dass CBD eine positive Wirkung auf Patienten hat, die mit Schizophrenie zu k\u00e4mpfen haben. Und die Tatsache, dass die Wirkungen nach dem Konsum von Cannabidiol nicht vom Dopaminrezeptor-Antagonismus abh\u00e4ngig zu sein scheinen, pr\u00e4destiniert diese Substanz als Grundlage f\u00fcr eine neue Generation von Medikamenten, die nicht nur Schizophreniekranke wirksam unterst\u00fctzen, sondern auch f\u00fcr den K\u00f6rper sicher sind.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Alles deutet also darauf hin, dass in absehbarer Zeit ein Medikament auf der Basis von Cannabidiol entwickelt werden wird.
